Return eligibility
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
- Please do not send products back without return approval from our support team.
Non-returnable items
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging.
- Gift cards, downloadable products, and any final-sale items clearly marked as non-returnable.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue quickly.
Refunds
